DESCRIPTION Located just a few miles from Old Town Scottsdale, this neighborhood overlooks the popular green belt park. The complex of Parkview Villas features Spanish tile roof tops, three grand entrance fountains, and an amazing heated swimming pool.
LAYOUT The villa is comprised of three levels, with two flights of stairs. The first level is the one car garage. A flight of stairs leads you to the ground floor where there is the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. On this level, there is a front small patio/balcony with exterior stairs to the ground floor. The main loft bedroom and bathroom are on the third level.
PARKVIEW VILLAS COMPLEX The complex is charming and well maintained with lush desert landscaping. Enjoy full access to a large heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi spa. There are three large bbq grills near the pool area.
