You will have the use of dishes, pots and pans. There is cupboard space for your private things and food. There is also garage cupboard space for your use.

The residence is tucked away in a safe & quiet neighborhood located in North Phoenix/Moon Valley near 7th Avenue and Greenway (85023); close to several shops & restaurants, and easy access to the I-17 & 101.

All of this for $1200 per month for one person, and split utilities which average $100 from each of us.
