Room with an external entrance, private bathroom, locking doors, carpeting, two attached lamps and a medium-sized closet. Rent includes all utilities (electric, water, gas, high-speed internet, trash, and renter's insurance). Rent is $1000 per month,... due on the 28th of each month, no exceptions (plan accordingly). Food and full access to the kitchen is part of the agreement. We find it easier on both the student and us to have the kitchen be for all the occupants, and grocery lists being compiled by all. We have one dog and two cats, so we cannot have any extra pets at this time. The care of these pets is NEVER the responsibility of the renter, but it is expected that the renter will always treat them with kindness. Please contact Kelly for a walk-though and application.
