Park Place Apartments

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Park Place Flagstaff starting immediately or in the near future and ending July 27th, 2026 with the option to renew!

- Rent: $1029/month
- Optional Parking: $75/month (this is underground and garage...
gated)
- You only have to pay for electric; normally it’s around $30-$40/month. Mine has never gone higher than that.
- Largest bedroom and bathroom in the apartment by far, with a ton of storage in the bathroom.
- Washer and dryer in unit!!
- Amenities include 2 story gym, game rooms, jacuzzis, tanning bed, study lounges on every floor, dog spa, vending machines, and so much more!
- Location is AMAZING! The building backs right up in between north and south campus making it ideal for anyone’s schedule.
- Less than a 5 minute walk to Target, In N Out, Cold Stone, and so much more!
- I have 3 other male roommates, 2 of which are psychology majors and the other is a Business Analytics major. All three are nice and respectful!
