RENTAL QUALIFICATIONS
-Credit Score Requirements 650–800: Approved with standard deposit equal to one month's rent 600–649: Conditionally approved with increased deposit equal to 1.5x monthly rent 530–599: Subject to possible denial; reviewed case-by-case, and if conditionally approved, subject to increased deposit of 1.5x monthly rent 529 or lower: Denied
-Income Requirements 3 times the rent in verifiable monthly household income, with a minimum monthly income of $1,500.00 regardless of rent amount.
-Rental History Requirements No evictions or rent/housing-related judgments or collections within the last 3 years. This includes utilities and furniture leasing.
