Move In Costs include:

Security Deposit $ 1000 (subject to credit screening, fully refundable)

+ Preparation Fee $200
+ Application Fee ($45 per Applicant)
+ Any Applicable Pet Fees

We charge $45 for the application + $300 holding deposit when application is submitted. holding deposit will go towards move-in and refunded if applicant is not approved. Remaining move -in costs are due on move in day.

Pets are welcome subject to pet policy and breed

We allow 2 pets for this property
