Hi all! I'm a current freshman living off campus at Elara at the Sawmill, however due to unforeseen circumstances I'm withdrawing from NAU this fall. I'm looking for someone to... takeover my lease for the 2025-2026 school year. First month of rent is paid for (will pay September as well) & will pay the unit transfer fee. I'm also willing to cover any application fees for serious inquiries. The second bedroom is occupied by a female, so a female roommate is preferred.

- Rent: $1309 (willing to negotiate up to $200 off per month)
