Rent is $1,010/month including water and wifi, electricity varies every month but usually doesn't go over $40. You get your own roomy bedroom w/ a small walk-in closet and bathroom. Washer and dryer are in-unit upstairs by all the bedrooms. There is... a nice kitchen and living room downstairs with a 3 car garage. It is fully furnished, except for a shower curtain rod and any other decor you want. - Any gender is welcome, not female only! You would have 3 roommates, 2 girls and 1 guy. They're all super sweet and so fun! There is 1 cat, Moony, and he is the sweetest thing! I will say, you must be okay with the LGBTQ+ community as 1 roommate is homosexual, but he's an amazing guy! You would love them all. - The main office is very helpful and a short walk basically across the street. There is a 24/7 small gym, study lounge, and Amazon lockers connected to the main office. They have a nice pool with chairs to lay out on, plus a nice BBQer and an area for a projector. There's also an outside basketball court and a small "dog park" area but, personally, I wouldn't take my pet there. However, it is right next to Sawmill Park and the small shopping court with Dutch Bros Wildflower.
