A “shared house” is close to downtown, a very convenient location. All utilities are included. Walk to center of old town in 15 minutes. Room faces east and south, (corner room)
Location Is an easy bike ride... or walk to North NAU campus. Close to everything! Rent is $925.00 all in, it includes "all utilities. A $400.00 security deposit, so move in is 1,325.00.
The bathroom and kitchen are (shared) The room is for one person only. Off street parking during winter, Amenities are a full-size bed, closet organizers, adjustable lighting! Wireless Wi-Fi, up to 1 GB. Looking for one roommate to join in. The house is in a quite desirable neighborhood of Coconino Estates.

Grad students and NAU students are highly encouraged; however, I'm willing to compromise if you are a good fit. Sorry NO couples. NO Pets, NO kids.

I am seeking a roommate who is clean and respectful. There is no storage beyond what fits in your room. A bike rack at the entry has a spot for one bike for you.
