$500 security deposit and a $250 cleaning deposit due at lease signing. Both are refundable at move out if there is no damage and everything is left clean.
The lease goes from the weekend before school starts in August until the weekend after finals in May.
There are 2 male roommates that will be in the other two bedrooms and they will be sharing a bath between them Both roommate are 20 years old. One is an accounting major and the The othe is a construction management major.
Cleanliness and friendliness are high on the priority list for a future roommate.
