Private (furnished) room for sublet

ROOM: Primary suite in shared home on hospital hill. The room can be completely private with an outside entrance. Or we can unblock the interior door for a full on roommate situation. You will have access to a full kitchen and laundry. It is... currently fully furnished with amenities like a hotel room as we were renting on airbnb. But we can move things out for your furniture as well.

YOU: Kind clean human, mature, non-smoker. Student, faculty, or professional. Not allergic to dogs! No pets of your own. sorry:(.

US: I am an instructor at NAU and have my own bodywork business in Flagstaff. My son is 18 and we have a 5-year old 50-pound rescue dog. Our rooms are at the opposite end of the house with living room and kitchen in the middle. There is a garage with some room for bikes or outdoor gear.

We have been living here for over 10 years so the home is fully furnished. The room itself has been a short term rental, so is set up self-sustaining and furnished but can be rented unfurnished as well. Depending on what your needs are and what we are comfortable with, the house common areas are open as well. But if you prefer to keep to yourself the room is a good size and the outside areas make it amazing in the warmer months.

The lease goes through July 15, 2026, so would need commitment through that time. I’d love to meet and or to speak with you and see if we are a good fit.
