Beautiful, spacious home with cozy private room and bathroom (Shared Housing)

The room available is a cozy, well-lit room with a large, dual pane window, good closet, and adjoining private bathroom. Our house is 15 minutes from NAU, 10 minutes to downtown, and backs into the Coconino NF trail system in the San Francisco Peaks.... This spacious, mid century modern home has vaulted ceilings, dozens of large windows, and warm woodwork accents throughout. The woodstove keeps us cozy all winter (but the heater works great, too!) and AC is great in the summer! There’s a covered back patio with a gas and charcoal grill, as well as a front sun deck for relaxing and eating peaches or apples from the fruit trees. The kitchen is shared, but you’ll have your own vintage 3/4 refrigerator. The garage offers extra storage space and parking, and the mudroom helps store gear in the winter. We have 1 dog here, a rescued female red heeler mix named Sunny, as well as a doggy door. Would consider another dog if they got along.
