Elara at the Sawmill

SUMMER lease re-let opportunity at Elara at the Sawmill - private room and bathroom in a 4bed/4bath. Located just east of campus, walkable to class or easy access to Mountain Line bus.

I'm graduating May 9th and looking for a female student who... needs summer housing starting in the middle of May. The move-in date and May rent can be negotiated and prorated! My current lease at Elara ends July 25th. After that, you can sign with Elara to extend for longer. My unit is on the 4th floor of the 4th building in a 4bed & 4bath unit, and my room is D on the floorplan (see photo attached). We currently have 4 females in our unit, and only one is staying for the summer—this is a great opportunity if you are looking for a summer option for you and a friend or two! Joining alone is also great!

Elara has been fabulous! My room is furnished (large double bed, dresser, nightstand, desk and chair), attached private bathroom, huge walk in closet) and the shared kitchen/family room is very nice, upgraded, spacious and comfy! INCLUDES a full size washer and dryer that is only shared by the four roommates. The property has a heated pool and spa, gym, lots of activities and events - you'll love it here!

*I will cover the $500 lease transfer fee!*

Utilities are not included in rent, but are split 4 ways. I can share my exact utility costs if interested, but costs have ranged from about $43 to $66 per month for water, sewer, and power. The rent is $985, and my parking space is $65. Taking over my lease would mean you can be entitled to my permit for the top of the parking garage for the summer, but you also don’t have to take that on—another great opportunity to take over my lease—parking spot can go with it!
